Opinion produces dialogue, which leads people to contrast arguments and reach a philosophical conclusion. It is very difficult in a simple article to express and defend the attitude that induces to take this determination, because if not, the current authoritarianism is imposed, freedom of expression is the only thing left to the citizens.
Montesquieu (1689 - 1755) said, "Without the separation of powers (Legislative, Judicial and Executive) democracy is impossible":
- Legislative: elaborates, modifies and approves existing laws.

- Executive: consists of dictating and enforcing the laws.
In summary, according to the doctrine of the separation of powers, drafting the laws is the task of the legislative power, interpreting them is the task of the judicial power and enforcing them is the task of the executive power.
We must also take into account the importance of the General Corps and Forces of the State, these exercise all functions: Public organization, mission and task in ensuring compliance with the law, protection of society and individuals.
Most philosophers and thinkers have always stated that in the face of corruption of the State (as in our COUNTRY) THE PEOPLE must intervene to achieve an authentic DEMOCRACY, what are we waiting for?.

1º) Sentence to demolish Hotels and Urbanizations... The Cabildo of Lanzarote is "Afraid" of the businessmen. Why is that?
2º) If you have an abandoned car in Los Cocoteros ? Guatiza, you are threatened with a sanction with a fine of up to 300,506, 05 euros (Expendiente: AU 1052/2004), but if you have more than 50 m³ of scrap metal 500 m from the same area as the car mentioned above, NOTHING HAPPENS!

The Cabildo, the General Corps and Forces of the State, the Government Delegation, the Agency for the Protection of the Urban and Natural Environment, the Biosphere Reserve, etc. What are they for?
How long will the people be able to endure this...?
