The Yaiza City Council published this Monday in the Public Sector Procurement Platform the specifications for contracting the technical service for updating the Inventory of Assets and Rights and Inventory of the Municipal Land Heritage, as well as the preparation of the municipal street map and the supply of a specific computer application for its management and maintenance.
The action, structured in phases, has as its main objective to update the patrimonial information in accordance with current legislation and facilitate its digital treatment.
The contract contemplates an exhaustive work of investigation, location, verification, description, regularization and registration of municipal assets, according to the Regulations of Assets of Local Entities and other applicable regulations. In addition, it will include the preparation of individualized files, technical and cadastral valuation, compilation of registration documentation, and preparation of digital plans in a format compatible with geographic information systems.
The incorporation of all data into a computer tool is foreseen, which, in addition to allowing its consultation and updating, must be built in a totally open technological environment, compatible and interoperable with the one existing in the City Council. The successful bidder must also provide specific training to the municipal personnel in charge of operating the application.
The execution of the technical works is structured in seven initial stages with a maximum duration of 18 months. To this is added an eighth stage corresponding to the maintenance of the computer application, which covers from the beginning to the end of the contract, whose total duration is 5 years.
The base bidding budget amounts to 150,000 euros (excluding taxes) and the deadline for submitting offers is July 22.
The mayor of Yaiza, Óscar Noda, points out that "this tender responds to the need to update with rigor and precision the patrimonial reality of the municipality" and invites interested companies to carefully consult the specifications.
