The Yaiza City Council published this Friday the technical specifications and administrative conditions that govern the lease contract for the kiosk at the Playa Blanca Bus Station.
The process is already in public tender, and has a base bidding budget of 3,400 euros per year for a period of four years, and interested parties may submit their proposals until September 5.
Among other conditions, the lessee acquires the commitment to open the establishment intended for the provision of the bar service during the 365 days of the year in uninterrupted hours from 06 to 23 hours, closing time that coincides with the departure time of the last bus.
The kiosk, with an area of 5.8 square meters, will be delivered in the conditions in which it is currently, in such a way that the person who signs the contract must assume its cleaning and set-up.
Likewise, the specifications establish the obligation of daily cleaning of the public toilet that is made available to the lessee and that is located in the Bus Station facilities, toilet that, like the kiosk, must remain open all year round from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.. The City Council suggests that interested parties carefully read the conditions.
