The repair and resurfacing works of Princesa Guayarmina and Tanausú streets will begin on Wednesday and will last for approximately four days, as reported by the Tías City Council.

The mayor, José Juan Cruz, and the Councilor for Urban Planning, Ulpiano Calero, recall that these works are integrated into the project called "Repaving of several streets in Puerto del Carmen; Los Mojones area, Risco de La Tiñosa, surroundings of Avenida de las Playas and Guataca street", which started last week with the resurfacing of Rompimiento, Laja, El Toscón, Piedra Negra and Punta del Barquillo streets.

Ulpiano Calero points out that although this project includes intervention in more than twenty streets in Puerto del Carmen, its execution "is being carried out in a staggered manner to minimize inconvenience to residents and visitors."

The government team apologizes "for the inconvenience that the execution of the works may cause, especially for the necessary temporary traffic cuts and possible noise emissions."
