The Titerroy Neighborhood Association reports the existence of twenty abandoned cars

The Titerroy Neighborhood Association has been denouncing for more than a year the situation of a car, in a state of abandonment without registration, a few meters from the Benito Méndez Tarajano school. "There are many writings that have been addressed to the Arrecife City Council, so that said car is urgently removed", they point out from the neighborhood association, which has already detected more than twenty cars in a state of abandonment in the neighborhood. "We ask the Arrecife city council to severely sanction all those people who abandon vehicles on public roads", they comment from the association.

"Many residents and mothers of students have reported the condition of this abandoned car to this association", declares the president of the Titerroy Neighborhood Association, Ismael Montero, who assures that this situation has been reported to the competent authorities, although there has been no response to date.

"All we ask is that they remove the abandoned cars to prevent an accident from happening in the future. How long are we going to have to continue suffering the consequences of the risk represented by these abandoned cars on the street, which also take away parking spaces from residents?", Montero points out.
