The "Islas Canarias" pasodoble was played by the Parranda Canaria last Tuesday on the Avenida Marítima in Arrecife. There, at the doors of the new office of the Asturian real estate company Reinas, passers-by and workers gathered to learn about this real estate group, newly arrived in Lanzarote.
The brand, mainly based in the north of the Peninsula, opened its first office in the Canary Islands. "The real estate service that has been provided to clients in Lanzarote in recent years can be greatly improved," said the group's managing director, Roberto González. "We want to continue transmitting to clients what we have done so far in other provinces, especially in northern Spain, and we hope not to disappoint clients."
Reinas took advantage of this event to present a new development of 915 homes in Arrecife, "El Jardín de Maneje", which Roberto González described as "the new future of the city". "We aim for a home that makes a difference, with a high level of quality, with new technologies such as solar panels, and many open spaces to give a sense of space and freedom," explained Fernando Álvarez, director of the developer Yaide S. A. This claim of open spaces is fulfilled with the projection of a public park of 70 thousand meters, within the urbanization. Other infrastructures planned for this promotion are "educational, sports, and social areas", according to statements by Álvarez.
"These homes will be within the reach of all people in general," assured the managing director. "It will be the best project in Arrecife in terms of quality-price."
The works of this urbanization are already underway, and are scheduled to be executed in five phases. The first will begin within one or two months. Then, in a staggered manner, the rest of the blocks will be started, with 90 homes each.
The inauguration ceremony concluded with the raffle of several gift packages and a prize of a week in Asturias for two people.
