The Popular Party of San Bartolomé regrets that Mayor Isidro Pérez "blatantly lies" to the residents of the municipality by announcing the "reception of the renovation and expansion of the Local Police facilities", when the reality is that "the city council signed the "non-reception" of the work pointing out some deficiencies in it", they have pointed out.

"One thing is to say that they are finished and quite another is to affirm that last Friday the work was received because it is not so, and he knows it," denounced the municipal spokesperson and local president of the PP, Jeziel Martín.

The Populars have criticized the "anxiety that has entered the mayor to sell management and projects" even though that "leads him to the lie and misinformation to which the Socialist Party has us so accustomed", he has made clear. "Now that there is so much talk of hoaxes and mud, Isidro Pérez joins the socialist strategy without any shame, using the Local Police and the city council of San Bartolomé for this," said Martín.

From the Popular Party they "frontally reject" the mayor's way of acting, who has "tried to cover up the open conflict with the Local Police force as a result of the deficiencies denounced by the agents themselves", among which are the "deficit of personnel that the corporation has been dragging for years and which Pérez has not faced", they have pointed out.

"Now that the problem has reached the street and the residents are denouncing the insecurity that exists in the municipality, it is when the mayor has been in a hurry to get positive news even if it is by lying."
