The plenary session of Haría approves repairing the sinkhole in Punta Mujeres at the request of the PSOE

Alfredo Villalba, spokesman: “The citizens of the north do not deserve the manifest inability of the Municipal Platform of Haría to govern”

Punta Mujeres Sinkhole

The plenary session of the Haría City Council, convened extraordinarily at the request of the PSOE, has approved the repair of the sinkhole in Punta Mujeres. The only item on the agenda was to agree to repair the aforementioned sinkhole "because its solution is of utmost importance to the town," says Alfredo Villalba, PSOE spokesman.

"This work was among many others presented by the current government group in an imposing and undemocratic manner, with a sole populist desire as it was in the electoral period, which is why it was rejected along with the others by the entire opposition," Villalba points out.

However, "being urgent to repair, the PSOE requested an extraordinary plenary session to undertake this work exclusively, which, finally, has been unanimously approved by the plenary session of the corporation," emphasizes the socialist spokesman.

Councilors of the PSOE of Haría

According to Alfredo Villalba, "the citizens of the north do not deserve the manifest inability of the Municipal Platform of Haría to govern and its dictatorial ways of proceeding, permanently ignoring the opposition voted by the people and resorting, with victimhood, to third parties to resolve what belongs to our city council."

With the municipal plenary session held this Wednesday, "the PSOE gives another democratic lesson on how things should be done from the corporation, which is none other than to dialogue and agree on decisions for the general good that our municipality and its people deserve," concludes the socialist spokesman.
