The mayor of Arrecife, Yonathan de León, has met this Wednesday with several former public officials of the Partido Popular de Lanzarote and former colleagues of the party at a meal at the restaurant Las Cadenas, in La Vegueta.
According to what La Voz has learned, in this meeting they have spoken about the political situation of the island and of the party itself, which has given rise to rumors about what specific topics they may have discussed at the table.
Specifically, de León has been seen alongside Saray Rodríguez, who was organization secretary of the Partido Popular, as well as councilwoman of the Ayuntamiento de Tías and councilor of the Cabildo de Lanzarote.
In this meeting have also been present Pancho Hernández, former mayor of Tías and former counselor of Transport of the Cabildo de Lanzarote, and Óscar Luzardo, who was senator for the island of Lanzarote of the Partido Popular.
