The San Bartolomé Police are conducting refresher courses these days in order to continue improving the provision of public services in the municipality.
In this sense, this Tuesday and Wednesday, different agents of the security force have been able to refresh technical and tactical knowledge about electrical control devices in the shooting range of the Arrecife local police headquarters, taught by instructor Pedro Barambio.
The mayor of San Bartolomé, Isidro Pérez, points out that "this type of training is necessary to guarantee the safety of both professionals and the population in the face of violent and risky situations."
The course, which ends this Wednesday, focuses on the use and handling of "tasser" devices, which are very useful for their application in situations that require reinforcement to control such situations.
The accidental head of the Local Police of San Bartolomé, José Miguel Suárez Reyes, attended the closing of these days in which both theoretical and practical content were offered, with which to reinforce previous knowledge and internalize the use of these specific tools in a protocolary manner.
