The Haría City Council has completed the job stabilization process, managing to stabilize 58 positions for labor personnel and one for career civil servants. This action complies with the provisions of Law 20/2021, of December 28, on urgent measures to reduce temporary employment in public employment.
The mayor of Haría, Alfredo Villalba, details that this initiative is based on the importance of maintaining the job stability of the City Council staff, "since they work hard to guarantee and improve the quality of life of the citizens."
In this line, the first mayor Alfredo Villalba indicates that this stabilization process was completed within the deadline set by the Law, which required its completion before December 31, 2024. Likewise, the mayor appreciates the effort made by the Consortium that has made this measure possible.
The process affects all structural positions, budgeted, occupied temporarily and uninterruptedly, complying with the principles of free competition, equality, merit, capacity and publicity, placing the structural temporary employment rate of the Haría City Council below 8%.
Finally, the City Council emphasizes that "thanks to this stabilization measure, the Consortium strengthens its workforce, thus increasing its capabilities to attend to and satisfy the demands and needs of the people of Haría."
