The Cabildo of Lanzarote, through the Department of Public Works, Planning and Project Coordination, directed by Jacobo Medina, will execute the resurfacing works on the busy Avenida de Las Palmeras road in Costa Teguise.

"Thanks to the co-financing of the FDCAN Funds, the first Corporation will invest around 350,000 euros to improve this road and resolve the poor condition of the asphalt pavement, specifically in the section between the VitalClass Hotel and Piteras Street in the tourist town of Costa Teguise," the councilor highlights.

Jacobo Medina appreciates the inter-administrative collaboration of the Teguise City Council to be able to carry out this work, "which already has its corresponding project and has been sent to the Contracting department." "From the Cabildo we continue working on improving the roads to provide them with greater safety and quality in traffic," concludes the Councilor for Public Works.
