The political formation San Borondón Asambleario presented its candidacy for the Tías City Council last Thursday, in an event that took place in El Fondeadero of Puerto del Carmen.
The event began with some performances and continued with the delivery of some details of gratitude to collaborators who made the theme song, the ideological video and the logo of San Borondón.
After the presentation of all the candidates, Nicolás Saavedra San Ginés, spokesperson for the organization and coordinator of the eco-social and political school of San Borondón, presented the program and ideology of the party, "which is the result of three years of work in different teams".
The general secretary of San Borondón and head of the list for the Mayor of Tías, Jerónimo Robayna Hernández, closed the event encouraging the attendees to claim "the space that citizens should have in the conquest of corporations and administrations closer to the neighbors and that prioritize transparency and social participation in the construction of a participatory democracy".
