The San Bartolomé City Council continues to provide its sports facilities with new resources with "the aim of improving the experience of all users of the municipality", the City Council states.

On this occasion, the Department of Sports, coordinated by Alexis Hernández, has acquired a scoreboard with an LED screen, valued at "more than 11,000 euros", which will be installed in the Playa Honda Football Field.

The mayor of San Bartolomé, Isidro Pérez, explains that this acquisition has been "possible thanks to the line of aid from the Department of Sports of the Cabildo of Lanzarote, which has provided the City Council with a subsidy of 10,000 euros." He adds that: "We appreciate the commitment and collaboration of the Island Institution for the help that allows us to continue providing material for the modernization of municipal sports facilities."

For his part, Alexis Hernández, emphasizes that "improving the sports facilities of the municipality is one of the main objectives of the Government group of San Bartolomé" and insists on the need to "provide athletes with renovated spaces and materials."
