A total of 115 students have learned the techniques of various artisan modalities during this past school year. And this Tuesday, July 1, they closed the workshops with the inauguration of an exhibition-show at Casa Cerdeña. Located in the central courtyard and the exhibition hall of the center, it can be visited in the months of July and August in the morning by calling 928522351.
The Councilor of Culture, Áurea Mauri, was accompanied by the monitors of the three artisan workshops that have taught their lessons in the municipality: Josefa Martín, monitor of palmero embroidery, José Aradas, monitor of ceramics, and Ana María Perera, monitor of cutting and making typical costumes. The councilor congratulated the participants for the work done and encouraged them to resume the workshops next September, as well as the monitors, whom she thanked for the work and effort made.
