The Titerroy Neighborhood Association denounces the existence of an abandoned car on La Niña street in this neighborhood in which, according to them, for several days "people have been sleeping inside."
The residents of Titerroy also state that the people who sleep in said vehicle "cause a scandal until the early hours of the morning" and, therefore, they have brought it to the attention of the Arrecife City Council, so that it can take the appropriate measures.
