The Photography Contest “Discover Tinajo” already has its winners for this edition. Pedro Pérez and Irene Rojas have been awarded the best photos.
The jury of the contest, composed of the professional photographer, Sergio Blanco, the designer and illustrator David Morales and the graduate in Art History, Estefanía Camejo, graduate in Art History, has considered the photograph “Harvest Day” by Pedro J. Pérez as the winner. In second place was “The Witness Town” by Irene Rojas.
The first prize consists of a diploma and 200 euros in vouchers to spend in local businesses. The second winner will receive a diploma and 100 euros in vouchers to spend in local establishments.
The councilor of the area, Vianney Rodríguez, has positively valued the success of “the sixth edition of the Photography Contest “Discover Tinajo” which, year after year, continues to fulfill its main objective, which is to discover the wonderful landscapes and corners that Tinajo hides”.
For his part, the mayor, Jesús Machín, congratulates “all those who have participated in this sixth edition of the photographic contest, the jury and, especially, the winners of the contest". "I would like to invite all those who have contributed to the success of this year to continue participating in years to come to continue showing the beauty that the municipality of Tinajo holds”, he adds.
