"The problem we have is that, as we are in the month of August, the labor lawyer who is in charge of this matter is on vacation and it will be at the end of the month that we can publish it in the Official Gazette of the Canary Islands for public auction", summarized the Councilor for Culture of the Teguise City Council, Noelia Umpiérrez, the administrative situation in which the Caleta de Famara teleclub bar is located.
"The teleclub bar will be back in operation at the end of next September", declared Umpiérrez hopefully, who in statements on Radio Lanzarote emphasized that the residents of Famara "must understand that this is the situation in which we have found ourselves and that we have tried to resolve it as quickly as possible". Thus, the councilor has assured that "a team of workers will be in charge of cleaning up the teleclub for the festivities during this week."
