Coalición Canaria in Yaiza presented this Friday the candidacy that will compete
in the next elections on May 22, surrounded by about 500 neighbors. The list summarizes a combination of
youth and experience in which all the towns of the municipality of Yaiza are represented.
Inés Rojas, Marci Acuña spoke at the event, and Leonardo closed the night
Rodríguez, who highlighted about his fellow travelers that: "behind the people on this list there is a great team that works day and night for this project".
According to Rodríguez: "We are going to give stability to the institutions, we have already demonstrated it, normalizing the payment of payrolls and garbage collection. In addition, we have achieved works that seemed impossible, such as the Health Center, the school canteens of Yaiza and Playa Blanca, and the municipal nursery".
Likewise, the mayoral candidate's speech revolved around the program for the next 4 years, where he made it clear that as a result of this stability, better public investments will emerge, such as the future Playa Blanca dock, the expansion of the Yaiza Health Center or the City of Culture, Education and Sports. Likewise, the absence of fights and legal uncertainty will encourage private investments, "we will facilitate those
investments that respect our territory and help us achieve a sustainable economy that generates stable employment".
Leonardo Rodríguez concluded by saying that "once Adán Martín said that politics is the art of making others happier. And now that makes the most sense. The best help for a family is their own job, and nothing can help more to achieve it than a correct policy that generates the economic framework for the prosperity of our people. No one cares so much that we are all a little happier than the women and men of Coalición in Yaiza, we deserve an opportunity, you deserve that opportunity".
Leonardo Rodríguez will be this Saturday in the town of El Golfo in a meeting at 8:30 p.m. at the Costa Azul restaurant, and on Sunday he will visit La Geria and La Degollada.
