The mayor of Tías, José Juan Cruz, has announced the areas that he will delegate to the councilors that make up the City Council after the PSOE and the only councilor of Unidas Sí Podemos (USP) re-edited the pact that they already carried out in the past legislature. Tías is the only municipality where a new agreement between both formations will be possible.

Likewise, Calero will carry Cleaning of dependencies, Mobile Park, Children's Parks and Beaches, subjects that will be delegated in a "special" way to Christopher Notario.
On the one hand, the delegations of the attributions of the Mayor's Office have a generic character and include both the power to direct the corresponding services and to manage them in general, including the power to resolve through administrative acts that affect third parties, and the power to resolve the appeals for reconsideration that are filed against the corresponding acts.
Likewise, this generic delegation has the power to supervise the actions of the councilors with special delegations for specific tasks included in their area.
On the other hand, the special delegations are related to a certain service and include the powers of internal direction and the management of the corresponding services, with the exclusion of the power to resolve through administrative acts that affect third parties.
