This pedestrian promenade, which is currently not in good condition, connects two areas of great impact in Costa Teguise, such as Playa Bastián and the existing Maritime Promenade along the entire Urbanization with the commercial area of Avenida del Jablillo, located in the center of the Urbanization. Thus, this action proposes to improve this promenade to promote its use and enjoyment, given its strategic location.
The project will consist of the paving and asphalting of the promenade, as well as the installation of planters and street furniture, such as benches and trash cans. The tender for the execution of the work was awarded on May 9 to the company Hormigones Insulares, S.A. (Horinsa) for an amount of 133,598.67 euros and although it has an execution period of seven months, it is scheduled to be completed in the month of February 2008.
