Coalición Canaria in Yaiza has requested the southern City Council to carry out a conditioning campaign of Playa Quemada as it has been done other summers.
The nationalists denounce "the complaints that neighbors of this town have conveyed to us because this oversight by the government group is preventing many older people from enjoying the bath, as they cannot access the sea due to the amount of rocks and pebbles accumulated."
The national municipal spokesperson, Emilio Machín, therefore requests that "the City Council proceed as soon as possible to remove the numerous stones that have been deposited, which not only prevent residents and tourists from enjoying the bath normally, but also pose a danger to the physical integrity of the beach users."
