This new resource will offer daytime care for elderly people in a situation of dependency, while providing essential support to their caregiver families, facilitating their rest and reconciliation.
The estimated value of the contract is 410,000 euros, with a total maximum budget of 450,000 euros that includes the expenses associated with the sale, such as taxes, notary and registration. Offers must be submitted electronically through the Contracting Platform before May 26, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. (peninsular time), that is, at 1:00 p.m. in the Canary Islands.
Among other aspects, the properties offered must be located in the municipal district of Arrecife, outside the industrial area, have a minimum usable area of 200 m², be free of encumbrances, occupants and in legal conditions that allow their immediate writing.
