The Governing Council of the Cabildo de Lanzarote approved, in its last session of the old year, a Public Employment Offer, corresponding to the year 2022, which amounts to 62 places in total, composed of an ordinary offer, of 17 places of free shift, and another restricted, of 45 places of internal promotion shift.
The Ordinary Public Employment Offer responds to the year 2022 and contemplates a total of 17 places of free access. These are two administrative assistants, three administrative labor assistants, a graduate, three monitors, two employers, a service worker, a teacher, three middle-grade teachers and a psychologist.
A total of 218 places have been offered in four years
“All these places will be filled in competitive concurrence through the corresponding selective processes, attending to the principles of equality, merit, capacity, transparency and legal certainty”, says the president of the Cabildo de Lanzarote, María Dolores Corujo. This offer establishes a reserve quota in favor of people with disabilities of 7 percent, which is equivalent to one place.
In the offers led by María Dolores Corujo in the last four years, a total of 218 places have been offered. The present offer has been made following the criteria established in the Law of General State Budgets for the year 2022, which marks a general replacement rate of 110 percent.
45 internal promotion places
On the other hand, in the same session of the Governing Council of the Cabildo de Lanzarote, the Public Employment Offer of 2022 for the internal promotion shift was approved. This offer contemplates a total of 45 places, which are divided into 37 places for officials and eight places of a labor nature. Of these, a reserve quota is established in favor of people with disabilities of 7 percent, which is equivalent to three places.
The president of the Cabildo points out that these agreements “allow us to cover vacant positions and advance in the promotion of the professional career of our staff, without prejudice to the fact that we expand this Public Employment Offer when we approve the budgets of this corporation for the present 2023”.
