With this initiative, the Cabildo de Lanzarote aims to promote the incorporation of citizens into electronic administration.

The Cabildo de Lanzarote aims to promote the incorporation of citizens into electronic administration. This will allow the population a greater range of possibilities when accessing their procedures before public administrations,
whether through their corresponding electronic headquarters or through the use of their Digital Certificate or Permanent Cl@ve.

The Councilor for Citizen Attention, Miguel Ángel Jimenez, points out that "this is an initiative that offers facilities to citizens to carry out personal procedures and formalities." The Digital Certificate, or electronic signature, can be requested by people over 18 years of age or emancipated minors. Once the application code has been obtained, it must be presented at the Identity Accreditation Office, with their valid DNI or NIE, to accredit their data.

You can request the code at the electronic headquarters of the National Mint and Stamp Factory. Or through the recent provision of the FNMT for users, the possibility of obtaining the Certificate with a mobile device, through the mobile app.

Unlike the Digital Certificate, the Permanent Cl@ve can also be requested by minors, provided they are accompanied by their mother, father or guardian, as well as their valid DNI and NIEs along with the birth certificate or family book in the following link.

If you see the Cl@ve symbol, it means that the Electronic Administration management you are carrying out requires that the registration in the app has been done in person. Although the registration in Cl@ve can be done through the internet, the advantage offered by doing it in person at the Office is that it will provide you with an advanced level of registration, a requirement applied more and more in electronic administrative procedures by all public administrations.
