Yellow warning activated for high temperatures in Lanzarote for this Saturday

According to Aemet, thermometers could reach 35 degrees

Lanzarote will be on red alert this Wednesday due to high temperatures

The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) has activated the yellow warning for high temperatures for this Saturday in Lanzarote. 

The warning will be active from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and, according to Aemet, thermometers may reach 35 degrees, especially in inland and midland areas. 

In addition to Lanzarote, the islands of Fuerteventura, La Gomera, El Hierro, La Palma and Tenerife will also be on yellow alert for high temperatures, and Gran Canaria will be on orange alert.
