"Son of the Sea" sets sail in La Santa

In the town of La Santa (Tinajo), located west of Lanzarote, there are those who are not afraid of the hell of the waves. This is the Moroccan body surfer based on the Island, Ahmed Erraji, who did not hesitate to jump into the water without protection from the Muellito de La Santa. In fact, this athlete's nickname is 'The Son of the Sea'. The only thing he wore to swim was fins, as seen in the video in this information.

If bad weather is common on the coast of La Santa, the situation was much worse this Thursday, with a large sea swell and waves that exceeded four meters in height. In fact, the north and west of Lanzarote, like those areas of La Palma, El Hierro and Fuerteventura, were in a pre-alert situation due to coastal phenomena, declared by the General Directorate of Security and Emergencies of the Government of the Canary Islands.
