The Island Directorate reported this Wednesday that, for the first time and thanks to the request of the director of the General Administration of the State in Lanzarote, Marcial Martín Bermúdez, to the general director of the Civil Guard, this year agents from the Rural Security Group No. 1 of Madrid of the Civil Guard will attend the Fiestas de Nuestra Señora de Los Dolores de Mancha Blanca.
These troops will carry out security and public order tasks at this important island festival, in addition to contributing to the usual services of the Armed Institute in Lanzarote not being diminished by the security deployment that this festive event entails.
