The El Cribo association will once again celebrate World Mental Health Day this year in Lanzarote, which is commemorated on October 10, although this time adapting to the situation marked by the coronavirus crisis.
Thus, the events that will take place throughout this week and until the 10th will not be public, but can be followed online through the El Cribo website (www.elcribo.org) and its Facebook page. In addition, the radio program La Ovejita Negra will be broadcast live on Thursday, October 8 at 11 a.m. from the association's headquarters.
"Through our actions we will advocate for investment in mental health care and attention resources and equitable, fair and equal access to these resources for the entire population," says El Cribo, which invites the society of Lanzarote "to participate in the events that take place and learn more about the rehabilitation programs carried out in the entity, this time virtually."
El Cribo thus emphasizes the motto that marks this year's celebration, which is "Mental health and well-being, a global priority."
