The Cabildo has sent a press release to rectify the schedule of the night bus service for the Caleta de Famara festivities. Initially, it was reported that the buses would depart on Saturday and Sunday night from Arrecife, but in reality, they will depart on Friday and Saturday. The ticket price will be three euros per person per trip.
Thus, people who want to go to Famara on Saturday can do so from 9:00 p.m. from the Arrecife bus station. Public transport will depart from this station, go towards Altavista, Cuesta del Gallo and El Jamonal, in Tahíche, the César Manrique Foundation junction, Tahíche, Las Cabreras, Nazaret, Teguise Town Hall, Teguise Health Center and, finally, Famara.
To return, users will have buses with two different schedules in the early morning of Saturday, at 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. On Saturday night, the same schedule will be maintained to go to Famara and also to return to Arrecife in the early morning.
In addition, the Cabildo has reported that from Friday afternoon you can go on the regular line with a standard price to Caleta de Famara. To do this, you have to take the Line 20 bus, which leaves at 8:45 p.m. from the Arrecife station.
