Second of the nine courses

This is the second of the nine courses that the Education and Culture area of the Cabildo of Lanzarote and the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria will jointly launch throughout the year 2006. As will be recalled, last Wednesday, January 25, this program of courses was inaugurated by the Councilor for Education and Culture of the Cabildo of Lanzarote, Miguel González, and by the Rector of the ULPGC, Manuel Lobo Cabrera.

The registration period for the workshop 'Protocol and communication in the social sphere' is now open and will last until February 17, or until places are filled. The registration fee for the course is 40 euros for students, the unemployed and retirees, and 50 euros for the rest of the population. This University Extension activity consists of 20 teaching hours, which can be validated for two credits of free choice.

Registration procedures will be carried out in the new facilities of the Department of Education and Universities, located in the Casa de los Arroyo (Avda. Coll, 3, Arrecife de Lanzarote). Places are limited and will be filled in strict order of registration.
