The baptism of the fourth daughter of Princess Alexia of Greece and Carlos Morales will bring together three royal houses this Saturday in Lanzarote. According to sources close to the family, the Infantas Elena and Cristina will land this Friday at noon, after having traveled to the Island on a regular flight. Tomorrow Saturday, first thing in the morning, the arrival of Queen Sofía is expected, accompanied by the Prince and Princess of Asturias, Don Felipe and Doña Leticia, who will travel on a plane of the Spanish Armed Forces. The attendance of King Juan Carlos is not yet confirmed.
The Spanish Royal Family is expected to stay at the La Mareta residence, owned by National Heritage. On the other hand, the Hesperia Lanzarote Hotel, located in Puerto Calero, will host the rest of the guests, estimated at around four hundred.
In addition to the Spanish Royal House, members of other crowns, such as the Danish or the Greek, will attend the event. According to sources close to the family, the Kings of Greece, Don Constantino and Doña Ana María, arrived in Lanzarote this Thursday, as well as Princess Marie Chantal and Prince Nicholas of Greece and Denmark, who arrived via London.
According to family forecasts, the Queen of Denmark, Doña Margarita II, who is the aunt of Alexia of Greece, will arrive this Friday afternoon.
The baptism will take place this Saturday in the Church of Los Remedios de Yaiza at 11:00 a.m.
