Some users of the "Playa del Salado" campsite on the island of La Graciosa have expressed their outrage at finding the campsite's bathrooms closed.
The bathrooms were closed this Friday at noon and remained closed until at least 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 23, apparently due to a lack of water. This fact has caused great outrage among some campers, as it is a time of considerable influx due to the Easter holiday period.
This reader of La Voz explains that "it is not understood how a camping area lacks a basic and essential service that could create sanitation problems, in addition to the inconvenience caused especially to those campers in family groups and with small children.".
