Orishas continues with their European tour and this Thursday, August 23, they will stop in Lanzarote, after having participated in several summer festivals in Holland, Belgium or Germany. The concert will take place on the terrace La Biosfera in Arrecife, starting at 11:30 p.m.
The Cuban trio will review their greatest hits, without forgetting new songs recently released on their latest compilation album "Antibiótico". Tickets are already on sale in the Luna Records store network and on the La Biosfera terrace at a price of 15 euros in advance and 18 euros at the box office.
Orishas' tour of the Canary Islands will be completed with another concert in Gran Canaria, the proceeds of which will go to those affected by the recent fires. The recital will be held at the San Fernando Stadium, in the southern town of Maspalomas.
Once their 2007 tour is over, the group will focus on outlining the details of their new musical work, which will be released at the beginning of next year.
The Orishas concert in Lanzarote will coincide with one of the highlights of the San Ginés festivities: La Mala Rodríguez. While the Cuban group will perform on the La Biosfera terrace, just a few meters away, the singer from Seville will do so at the Arrecife Fairgrounds.
