New Covid positives drop to 173 in the last day, as reported by the Ministry of Health of the Government of the Canary Islands.
Active cases amount to 6,258 after only 10 medical discharges occurred.
This Saturday 500 diagnostic tests were carried out, a figure much lower than the previous day when 1,070 were done.
The accumulated incidence has decreased slightly and is now at 1,735.42 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in 7 days and 3,291.15 in 14 days.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 15,937 cases of coronavirus have been diagnosed in Lanzarote. Of those patients, 9,617 have already overcome the disease and 63 have died.
