Nerea Sosa de Rada wins the Guenia El Mojón Song Festival

Nerea Sosa de Rada was the winner of the third edition of the Guenia El Mojón Song Festival, which was held last Friday at 9:00 p.m. and to which 10 candidates were presented. The winner beat the rest of the participants with the song "Ahora tú", by the singer Malú. The second position of the contest was for Carolina González and in third place was Brizeyda Cabrera.

The gala began with the performance of the Samira Rif Arab Dance School and continued with the Fashion School Dance School. The event was presented by Juan Alfonso Morales and Laura Peña, winner of the contest in the last edition who also won with a song by Malú, in that case with "Una mujer como yo".

The jury was made up of folklorist Antonio María Perdomo; the manager of the Lanzarote Classical Orchestra, Roberto Fuentes; Yasuyo Tsuchiya, Sara Bermúdez and José Martínez. María José Morales García, professor at the Lanzarote School of Tourism, acted as secretary of the table. While the jury deliberated, Samira Rif and the Fashion School dance school returned to the stage.

At the end of the event, a small gift was given to all the participants of the Guenia El Mojón Song Festival.
