Maritime Rescue rescued a boat with 63 men on board this Friday night. The rescue took place around 10:30 p.m. about 17 miles east of the island of Lanzarote.
According to the manager of the Emergency Consortium, the inflatable boat would have left Tan-Tan in Morocco. The occupants of the boat come from different countries such as Senegal, Morocco and Guinea Bissau.
Around 2 in the morning they disembarked in Puerto Naos where they were attended by the Red Cross.
