Lanzarote's move to health alert level 2 not only allows meetings of up to six non-cohabiting people, but also consumption in the interior areas of bars and restaurants and the opening of gyms.
In addition, as La Voz reported, the closure of the island is ended and the curfew is delayed by one hour, now being from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
With regard to hospitality and restaurants, although consumption is allowed again indoors, the capacity may not exceed 50%. At tables, the maximum number of diners will be four people, while at the bar only groups of two are allowed.
On the terraces of bars and restaurants, 75% of the capacity may be occupied and in this case up to six diners per table will be allowed.
With respect to sports physical activity, it is allowed again in indoor areas, although the capacity should not exceed 50%. In outdoor sports spaces and centers, the capacity will be 75%. In both cases, in collective activities where it is not possible to maintain the distance of 2 meters permanently, groups of 6 people are allowed as a maximum, including the monitor, and with mandatory use of masks.
Also, regarding the urban furniture for children and sports use, sealed in levels 3 and 4, its use is allowed but provided that the municipalities allow it and the general measures of prevention, cleaning and disinfection are respected.
As for cultural activities, if the institutions of Lanzarote decide to resume them since in none of the levels are prohibited by the Government of the Canary Islands, the capacity will be 55% and can accommodate the public in groups of stable coexistence of up to 6 people. Two free seats will be maintained between groups in the same row, and one free seat in front and behind each occupied seat. In case of not having fixed seats, the safety distance of 1.5 meters of separation between groups will be maintained.
