Lanzarote registers 265 positive cases of Covid and active cases rise to 2,390

Lanzarote registers 265 positive cases of Covid, as reported by the Ministry of Health of the Government of the Canary Islands.

Active cases amount to 2,390 in the last 24 hours after 27 medical discharges occurred.

The cumulative incidence at 7 days continues to increase to 1,175.78 cases per 100,000 inhabitants. At 14 days it is already at 1,791.26 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, 150 points more than the previous day.

Regarding the tests carried out, this Sunday 996 were carried out, a hundred more than the previous day.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, 11,004 cases of coronavirus have been diagnosed in Lanzarote, of which 8,559 have already overcome the disease and 56 have died.
