The Ministry of Health has not notified any case of Covid-19 this Monday in Lanzarote, something that had not happened for almost four months. In addition, the active cases have dropped to 64, since in the last 24 hours eight discharges have been counted.
Regarding the cumulative incidence, at seven days it has decreased by more than two points, standing at 24.4 cases per 100,000 inhabitants. For its part, at 14 days it has dropped to 49.4 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, falling by more than four points compared to the previous day.
The total number of accumulated cases in Lanzarote since the beginning of the pandemic remains at 5,775, of which 50 died and 5,662 have overcome the disease. The Molina Orosa Hospital continues without patients admitted for Covid, so the 64 active cases are in home isolation.
According to the data from the Ministry, in the last day 160 Covid tests were carried out on the island, the same as on the previous day, after which four new positives were reported.
