Lanzarote has closed another day without adding new cases of coronavirus and has accumulated a total of 17 days in which only one positive has been diagnosed, specifically last Friday.
During this Monday, as reported by the Lanzarote Health Services Management, samples from 33 people were analyzed, all of them testing negative. In addition, the rest of the indicators remained the same as the previous day, with no new discharges being recorded either.
Regarding the balance of accumulated data, the Ministry of Health has ordered the island's management to not provide data to the media from this Tuesday, to avoid the discrepancies that were occurring with the figures. Thus, they intend to "unify" the information, providing it only through the website enabled by the Ministry.
According to the latest balance provided on Monday from Lanzarote - in which there have been no variations in the last 24 hours - the island continued with only seven active cases. Of these, two are in the ICU of the Molina Orosa Hospital, three admitted to the ward and another two under home monitoring.
