Lanzarote has added this Tuesday 3 positive cases of Covid, the same number as the previous day. In addition, the number of active cases has also been significantly reduced again, with another 15 discharges reported in the last hours, which are added to the 86 registered on Monday.
Thus, active cases are at 52 this day, when just two days ago that figure was more than tripled.
With this Tuesday's data, the cumulative incidence at 7 days on the island is 32.7 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, four points less than the previous day. At 14 days it is 80.2, with a drop of two points compared to Monday.
Regarding the number of tests performed, in the previous day a total of 340 were carried out by the Health Department, almost a hundred more than on Sunday.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 6,636 cases of coronavirus have been diagnosed in Lanzarote, of which 6,534 have already overcome the disease and 51 have died.
