Lanzarote adds another 27 new positive cases of covid, according to the Ministry of Health of the Government of the Canary Islands.

Active cases rise to 202 on the island after only 10 medical discharges in the last 24 hours.

The accumulated incidence at 7 days has risen more than eight points and stands at 93.7 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, while at 14 days the increase has been almost four and a half points, and is already at 161.09 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.

The number of tests carried out by the Health Department in Lanzarote was 450, much less than those carried out the previous day.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, 7,634 cases of Covid have been diagnosed in Lanzarote, of which 7,379 have already overcome the disease and 54 have died.
