Lanzarote adds 14 positive cases of Covid and active cases rise to 154

Lanzarote has added 14 new positive cases of Covid in the last day. In addition, after also notifying six discharges, the active cases have risen to 154.

Likewise, the cumulative incidence has grown again both at seven and 14 days, although only slightly, increasing by just over half a point in both cases. Specifically, at seven days it has stood at 47.5 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, while at 14 days it has risen to 109.1 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.

The total number of coronavirus cases accumulated in Lanzarote since the beginning of the pandemic is now 6,598, of which 51 died and 6,394 have overcome the disease.

According to data from the Ministry of Health, in the last day 373 Covid tests were carried out on the island by the Canarian Health Service compared to the more than 450 that were carried out on the previous day.
