The members of the Batucada Sur Caliente enlivened the parade, which also included the participation of numerous classic cars, floats, carts and motorcycles, thanks to the collaboration of Lanzarote Go Karting and the Club de Moteros Nómadas Lanzarote.
The parade, organized by the Department of Tourism of the Tías City Council and the Lanzarote Business Association (LBA), toured a section of Avenida de Las Playas until reaching Plaza de El Varadero, where the party continued with live music, bouncy castles and children's painting workshops. In addition to Christmas carols and traditional Christmas songs, the large audience in El Varadero was also able to enjoy the concerts of the Lanzarote groups, Bourbon and Boulevard.
The Councilor for Tourism of Tías, Amado Vizcaíno, highlighted "the solidarity of the people of Lanzarote, since after the Santa Claus parade numerous toys were collected for the most needy children and families in the municipality." Vizcaíno wanted to thank everyone for "their participation and involvement in this fantastic Christmas parade that will also allow us to light up the smiles of the little ones during these holidays."
