The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) predicts that for Wednesday, March 29 in the afternoon and all day Thursday, March 30, temperatures could rise to 34 degrees. Aemet has declared a yellow warning for suspended dust for this Thursday.
In addition to the heat, there will be haze that will appear on Wednesday afternoon and will be present throughout Thursday. It will be high altitude haze with 2000 meters of thickness, according to Aemet.
As for the wind, there will be an intense trade wind, especially on Wednesday afternoon and also present on Thursday, March 30 during the first hours of the morning in inland and southwestern areas of the island, with the possibility of strong gusts in specific areas.
This situation will change from Friday, March 31 when the drop in temperatures and haze is expected to begin.
