The plenary hall of the Cabildo of Lanzarote hosted this Monday the swearing in of 15 students of the XXXV Promotion of the Basic Scale of the National Police.
The event, which took place at 11:00 am, was presided over by the island director of the General State Administration, Juan Ramón Pérez, and the commissioner of the National Police of Arrecife, Manuel Rodríguez.
The agents who swore their oath are nine men and six women, who were doing their internships on the island. Throughout the Canary Islands, there are 183 new police officers who completed their last months of training and have sworn their oath.
