The first edition of the Arrecife Urban Culture Festival, Urbanfest, which was presented this Monday, will revolve around extreme sports, street dances, and fashion and graphic arts. This event, framed within the San Ginés festivities, is organized by the Department of Festivities, the Department of Youth and the Department of Sports of the Arrecife City Council.
The presentation, which took place this Monday at 11:00 a.m. in the activity space where Urbanfest takes place, located on the esplanade of the Fairgrounds, was attended by the mayor of the Arrecife City Council, Enrique Pérez Parrilla, the Councilor for Youth, Isabel Pereyra, the Councilor for Sports, José Montelongo and the Councilor for Festivities, Victor San Ginés.
Projections and musical performances by the likes of Tote King, We are Standard, The Right Ons and Delorean, among others, will make this festival a multidisciplinary meeting open to participation.
