Arrecife already has a Carnival "Queen". In a gala full of fun, friendliness and spectacle that took place in the Arrecife Fairgrounds and in which the jury awarded the performance of Drag Vulcano, represented by Isidro Javier Pérez Mateo with the fantasy "DNA because all power has its origin", as the best drag of the Arrecife Carnival 2013.
One of the novel prizes of the Drag Queen Election Gala was the "Drag Sympathy" awarded by the participants. On this occasion the prize went to Drag Seychells, who was also awarded the first finalist prize. Represented by Aytami Santana Fernández, with the fantasy "Don't be a pig and mark yourself a burlesque". And the second finalist was Drag Tunte represented by Raul Santana Rodriguez and the fantasy "To be a first-class Draq Queen, accelerate, accelerate".
Marilyn (Isabel Torres) and Baby", were the presenters of the fourteenth edition of the Drag Queen Gala of the Arrecife Carnival. The gala offered an overture by the Ballet "DANCE POP ".
The candidates paraded on the stage of the Arrecife Fairgrounds and the public was very animated with each of the performances. Some stands that were filled again to enjoy the Election Gala of the Drag Queen of Arrecife 2013, in the middle of the parade of the candidates the Ballet "Ya tu sabes" performed and XAYO put the note of humor in the final phase of the gala.
The Lieutenant Mayor Jose Montelongo, the Councilor for Festivities Víctor San Ginés and the Councilor of the PP Joel Delgado were present at the XIV Drag Queen Gala of the Arrecife Carnival. The performance of the Drag XOUL, "Drag Queen Arrecife 2012" put the finishing touch to the event and with its spectacular pass delighted the numerous audience.
