A precarious vessel arrived this Wednesday, December 31, at the Arrecife dock, at the Cruise Terminal, with four migrants on board.
According to information provided by the Emergency Consortium, the arrival occurred at 07:10 hours and the occupants, four Moroccan males, were in apparent good health.
